Privacy

We store account information, your chosen interests, connection decisions, blocks, reports and private support tickets with their replies needed to operate the service. Messages are transmitted in real time; this build does not create a public message history.

Audio and video use WebRTC. They are not intentionally recorded by AI FRIENDS. Translation may send message text to the configured translation provider.

This is an initial service policy and must be reviewed before large-scale public launch.

We use privacy-conscious first-party product analytics to understand visits and actions such as sign-in, profile creation and video matching. Analytics use a random per-tab session identifier, do not store names, emails, user IDs or IP addresses in the analytics event table, and respect browser Do Not Track. When the private analytics dashboard is used, we purge analytics events older than 90 days. Server access logs may separately contain technical connection information.

Contact form messages include the name, email address and text you send us. We use them only to respond to and manage support requests; they are visible only to authorized staff.
